H-E-B Grocery Haul

Hello! It is the beginning of the new year, which means most people have decided to eat healthier and exercise. I am no different and wanted to share the things that I purchased in my last trip to the grocery store. Now, I am a girl who loves food. And I mean loves it. So, although not all of this may be the healthiest, it is delicious and healthier than what I normally eat.


  1. Chicken teriyaki breasts
  2. Bananas
  3. Avocados
  4. Ground turkey
  5. Turkey lunch meat
  6. Lime sherbet – because you have to have a treat every once in a while. (Also, have you ever tried lime sherbet with strawberries on top? Ah-mazing)
  7. Strawberries
  8. Frozen riced cauliflower
  9. Coconut oil
  10. Lemon pepper seasoning
  11. Spaghetti squash
  12. Hamburger buns
  13. Frozen turkey burgers
  14. Sweet potatoes
  15. Kale
  16. Iced tea packets
  17. Sandwich bread
  18. Chocolate almond milk
  19. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  20. Sugar Snap peas
  21. Frozen cod loins
  22. Honey
  23. Lemons (I have stared drinking lemon water in the mornings. You should check it out!)
  24. Turkey bacon
  25. Coconut water
