It’s one of the most asked questions when discussing college: “What is your major?” I changed my major so many times throughout the past few years and have had countless ideas of what I wanted to pursue. Honestly, sometimes moving from one idea to another did not make any sense. Because I think my process on coming to the conclusion of majoring in communication was no where near normal, I decided I would share it with y’all!

How is it possible that next year is next week? I feel like I say this every year, but this year has gone by way too fast. Maybe it is because I am getting older, or maybe it is because this year I completely was focused on school and work and nothing else. Whatever it is, it still baffles me that 2016 is almost over. Turkey. Dressing. Cranberry sauce. Broccoli and rice casserole. Homemade rolls. PUMPKIN PIE! Y’all, it’s that time. Now, I really do love the food on Thanksgiving, but I always seem to forget the reason we celebrate it. I get so caught up in arranging my plate to fit the most food possible, that I forget to think about all the things I have in my life that are absolutely amazing. Because of that, I wanted to actually sit and think about the wonderful things I have been given. As many people do this time of year, I decided to talk about some of the things I am thankful for.
